Group Sessions

Our circuit classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. Our classes run from 7am - 8am and 8am - 9am. Join a passionate group of people who are getting in shape and building confidence lifting weights and breaking a sweat. No BS, no gimmicks, just solid training!

Our powerlifting sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening. Our classes run from 5:30-6:30pm and 6:30-7:30pm with enthusiastic coaches on the floor to teach you perfect technique.. We help people to get stronger, a lot stronger, join our community of lifters today
