Group Sessions

Our circuit classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. Our classes run from 7am - 8am, 8am - 9am and 9:30am - 10:30am. Join a passionate group of people who are getting in shape and building confidence lifting weights and breaking a sweat. No BS, no gimmicks, just solid training!

Our powerlifting sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening. For beginners, we train between 6pm - 7pm with extra coaches on the floor to teach you perfect technique.
